  1. Call to Order
     
  2. Public Comment 
    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Board's agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Board, under the Brown Act, Board members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.)
     
  3. Approve Minutes for Regular Meeting held on February 11, 2026  (Action Item)
    Recommendation:  Approve

  4. Update on Current CSA 18 and Park Department Activities (Information Item)
    County Staff will update advisory board members on the status of current fiscal year projects, maintenance activities, and other department information of interest to board members.  
     
  5. CSA Budget Update  (Action Item)
    County Staff will present updated budget information for Fiscal Years 25-26 and 26-27.  Advisory Board members will review and may recommend adjustments to project budgets, if necessary.

  6. Election of Officers for 2027 (Action Item)
    Advisory Committee members will elect a Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2027.  In fall of 2025, the board elected a new slate Gina Hagen as Chair, Carey LeVash as Vice Chair, and Jacqueline Garcia for secretary to serve in 2026. Carey LeVash has since resigned, and therefore her seat must be filled with a new candidate. The other positions may roll over through 2027. 
    Recommendation: elect a slate for 2027.
     
  7. Advisory Board Member Comments (Information Item) 
    Advisory Board members may speak about items of interest to the council that do not appear on the agenda. No discussion or action can take place on items mentioned during this time.

Next Regular Meeting: Meetings are held generally in September and February. February meeting date will be determined at 9/23/26 meeting based on advisory board member availability.
