  1. Call Meeting to Order
     
  2. Public Comment 
    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Board's agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Board, under the Brown Act, Board members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.)
     
  3. Approve Minutes for Regular Meeting held on February 12, 2025  (Action Item)

  4. Update on Current CSA 18 and Park Department Activities (Information Item)
    Parks staff will update advisory board members on the status of current fiscal year projects, maintenance activities, and other department information of interest to board members. 
     
  5. Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget and Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Plan Review  (Action Item)
    Park staff will present an update on funding information as related to CSA 18.  Advisory Board members will review and recommend any changes to the current budget and budget for the next fiscal year.

  6. Elect officers to explore fundraising opportunities (Action Item)
    Advisory board members will elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2026  Current slate: Gina Hagan for Chair, Tim Baker for Vice Chair, Linda Levey for Secretary. This slate may be renewed for an additional year. 
    Recommendation: elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2026.
     
  7. Update from subcommittee to explore fundraising opportunities (Information Item)
    Board members Garcia and LeVash will report to the advisory board on subcommittee activities.
     
  8. Weed abatement discussion (Information Item)
    Board member Garcia will lead a short discussion related to the county-owned parcel A behind 713 Estencia Way..
     
  9. Advisory Board Member Comments (Information Item) 
    Advisory Board members may speak about items of interest to the council that do not appear on the agenda. No discussion or action can take place on items mentioned during this time.

Next Regular Meeting: Meetings are held generally in September and February. The February 2025 will be determined based on advisory board member availability.
