  1. Call to Order
     
  2. Public Comment
    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on today’s agenda. Commissioners will hear items without return comment or discussion. Testimony regarding matters not on the agenda will not be considered part of the administrative record.
     
  3. Approve Minutes for Meeting February 12, 2026 (Action item)

  4. Update on Current CSA 16 and Park Department Activites (Information Item)
    Park staff will update Advisory Board members on the status of current fiscal year projects, maintenance activities, and other department information of interest to Board members.
     
  5. Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget and Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget Plan Review (Action Item)
    Park staff will present an update on funding information as related to CSA 16. Advisory Board members will review and recommend any changes to the current budget and budget for the next fiscal year.
    Recommendation: Approve budget and projects per discussion.

  6. Elect officers for 2027 (Action Item)
    Advisory board members will elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2027. Current slate: In fall of 2025, the board appointed David Glenn to be Chair, Ron to be Vice Chair, David S. to be secretary through the end of 2026. This slate may be re-elected for 2027. 
    Recommendation: elect a new Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2027.  
     

  7. Advisory Board Member Comments (Information Item)
    Advisory Board members may speak about items of interest to the Board that do not appear on the agenda. No discussion or action can take place on items mentioned during this time.


    CSA 16 shall hold its regular meetings twice a year, on the second Thursday of February, and September at 7:00 p.m.
