1.    CALL TO ORDER
Called to Order by Marcus White at 3:06 pm.

2.    PUBLIC COMMENT
No members of the public were in attendance.

3.    APPROVE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS REGULAR MEETING

4.    UPDATE ON CSA 33 ACTIVITIES (INFORMATION ITEM)
Ranger Scott Moller reviewed projects and improvements:  Replaced oak. Installed DG pad next to playground. Pittosporum by parking lot. Irrigation changes for gopher control. Sourced replacement seat for chess bench. Wants to install natives from our nursery. Would like to see more DG improvements.    

Commissioner Comments: 
Lance would like pittosporum replaced on HWY 1 retaining wall

Mitchell: 
1)    Would love to see mulching around oak. 
2)    Would like to see 2 boards replaced for the retaining wall. 
3)    Ping pong table brackets look great. 
4)    3 plums, please
5)    Can we fumigate the bus stop for termites?

6.    FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 AND FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET UPDATE (ACTION ITEM)
FY 26 Budget: at time of meeting, fund balance was 35,036.05. There was $21,538.43 to spend.  FY 27 Budget was reviewed.

Motion to approve FY 26 budget and extra 2K for plums
